Understanding Financial Analysis Without the Noise
We teach you how to read financial statements, assess business health, and make informed decisions. Not through flashy shortcuts, but through methodical practice with real company data.
View Program DetailsWhat Financial Analysis Actually Involves
Most people think financial analysis is about predicting stock prices or finding magic formulas. It's not. It's about understanding what numbers tell you about a business—its operations, its risks, its potential challenges.
Our program starts with balance sheets and income statements. You learn to spot inconsistencies, understand cash flow patterns, and recognize when something doesn't add up. We work through actual company reports, not textbook examples.
By the end, you'll have practical skills: reading annual reports efficiently, calculating meaningful ratios, and building simple financial models that help answer specific business questions.
How the Program Works
We've structured this as a nine-month program beginning October 2025. Classes meet twice weekly in the evenings, giving you time to practice between sessions. Each module builds on the previous one—you can't skip ahead because the concepts are sequential.
You'll spend the first three months on accounting fundamentals. Then we move into financial statement analysis, followed by valuation methods and risk assessment. The final months involve working through comprehensive case studies of Taiwan-based companies.
Applications open August 2025. Limited to 18 participants per cohort.

Program Instructor
I spent twelve years as a financial analyst for manufacturing companies before starting to teach. Most of that time was spent reviewing supplier financials, assessing credit risk, and explaining financial reports to operations managers who didn't have accounting backgrounds.
Teaching forced me to strip away the jargon and focus on what actually matters. I've found that most people can learn this stuff—they just need someone to explain it without assuming they already know half the vocabulary.
"I came in thinking I'd struggle with the math. Turns out the math is straightforward—it's understanding what the numbers mean that takes practice. The program gave me that practice through real examples, not hypothetical scenarios."
